Centre of Wooden Boats

This is a museum with a difference. Its exhibits are not separated by a glass wall, you can actually touch the boats or even sail in them.

More than 100 historical wooden boats are showcased in this museum near the water. The Dedicated staff and volunteers provide you interesting information on their history.
It takes you back to the days of yore when motors were a dream and people conquered the seas by traveling in wooden boats which they rowed with the help of oars.

Each month, all year round, The Center for Wooden Boats has many maritime heritage activities, classes and lectures to participate in.

You can rent a wooden boat and test your skill by rowing it. You can turn the clock back and participate in the clubs workshops and learn how to make these boats.

The coffee pot is always full and the classic boats are ready for you to explore
