Museum of Glass

Museum of glass showcases stunning works of glass which will captivate you completely.
The Hot Shop Amphitheater, housed in an imposing 90- foot- tall stainless steel cone, includes a hot glass studio, cold glass studio and accommodates over 200 visitors. The cone itself is 100 feet in diameter at its base. It narrows to a 15- foot opening.

In the cold shop, the glass pieces are cooled polished of wet into exquisite pieces of art.
You can participate in the creative process by seeing it unfold before your eyes. The museum's team of artist demonstrates how to create stunning pieces of art from molten glass as you watch transfixed.
The Museum of Glass is an international center for contemporary art with a sustained focus on glass.

The museum also hosts lectures dance and plays to give you an insight into the performing arts.
The Museum of Glass is a fine arts museum dedicated to presenting the medium of glass within the context of contemporary art in all media.
