You can actually see the brewing equipment through the open air space.

Established in 1989, it has taken Seattle by storm. Sample distinctive Northwestern ales such as the scotch kilt lifter, the creamy porter and the roasted stout. The bar also offers several guest drafts and carries an impressive range of bottled beers from Belgium, Germany, England and Scotland.

You can have German sausage with Smoked Pork Chop, Bacon and Sauerkraut, and the Poached Salmon. They are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Seattle next to the famed Pike Place Market.
