Tap Room

The Tap Room is a restaurant cum bar. It caters to the crowd of all types and ages. The Tap Room Restaurant is one of many rooms in the brewery. Daniels' Den, a new bar on the north end of the building featuring jukebox music, television, football, darts and a pool table; the Elliott Room, which is used for private parties and meetings, seating up to 40 for buffet- style parties and 70 for cocktail affairs; and the Scott Joplin Club Room, which hosts live music.

The European- style cuisine is a nice change from the menus at the other pubs. From American lagers to oatmeal stout, a crisp brew is available for any taste, and Schally's fare is far from typical bar food. Share the English ploughman's plate- - a man- sized sampler of prosciutto, salami, fluffy sourdough and sharp cheeses. Hefeweizen tastes good in a glass, but works even better as a batter for fish and fries, giving the flaky Icelandic cod a crunchy- good home. The sticky pudding toffee is actually cake in a caramel sauce, a traditional Scottish treat.
