Mistral

Mistral is one of Seattle's premier restaurants. The brain child of chef William Belickis provides fine dining in an elegant atmosphere.

Virgin white dominates the décor— the linen, china and walls are all bathed in tranquil white. Cuisines are made from the finest ingredients available.

Among the courses, which range from four to nine (with or without wine) depending on your appetite, you'll find wild California salmon, veal loin, saddle of lamb, roasted duck breast, and Hudson Valley foie gras. Naturally, appetizers, salads, and desserts are incredible as well, and service is both attentive and unobtrusive.

The chef himself chats with diners and makes a spontaneous decision on what to offer them.

For those who like wine, a flight of five fine wines will complement the eight courses.
