Ortanique is the brainchild of the award winning Chef Cindy Huston. The restaurant serves eclectic fusion cuisine - Latin, Asian and Caribbean. Caribbean Seared Ahi Tuna, West Indian Style Bouillabaisse, Black Pepper Crusted Veal Tenders and much more are on offer. After a filling meal, you could also indulge in a bit of shopping - have a look at the Ortanique Specialty gift articles that include soaps, pineapple lamps, fragrant candles and much more.

Ortanique is basically a lush tropical fruit that merges characteristics of oranges and tangerines. And just as the name suggests, the restaurant vividly combines flavorful ingredients in innovative ways.

The options are extensive, and best perused while sipping a mojito. To start, try the evening's special ceviche (a deliciously tangy Pacific waluu fish during a recent visit), or an inventive salad (ours combined mangoes, hearts of palm and candied pecans). Mains deliver on their promise, though it's best to hover near the fish.

The service is excellent the staff here is highly trained and experienced. A live jazz band plays on Tuesdays and Thursdays, lending the feel of a classic supper- club.
