As the name suggests this is a company which sells sports shoes.

SRC offers a free treadmill/video camera analysis, an inventory of over 100 different shoes, and specialized coaching and stride perfection services - - the latter supervised by Scott Jurek, a physical therapist and seven- time winner of the Western States 100 Mile Endurance Run.

Want to shed weight and go for a walk or sweat it out by jogging, then pay attention to your footwear.

During walking and running the foot and ankle move through a combination of pronation and supination. These are normal motions that enable the foot to absorb shock and propel the body forward.

Foot and ankle biomechanics can be broken down into three main categories: Neutral Pronation, Supination, and Overpronation. The direction and amount of motion of your leg, ankle, and foot determine which category you're in. Neutral pronators and supinators should wear neutral shoes; overpronators should wear motion- control shoes or stability shoes.
